Role Summary/Purpose

The Customer Excellence Operations Trainer will be responsible for the process, technical and soft skills training coordination and delivery for the EMEA Customer excellence operations organization (~110 employees).

Essential Responsibilities

  • Own customer excellence operations training framework from new employee training to subject matter expert level. Lead a cross functional work group to define content, ensure delivery in a timely manner keeping accurate tracking of training completion.
  • Be an expert in customer excellence operations processes and systems and deliver process & system training on all levels. (SFDC, SAP, BCM). You may build and deliver general business and soft skill trainings as well as per the needs of the customer excellence organization.
  • Work with the global process improvement team to ensure that an up to date catalogue of standard operating processes and training materials are available for the EMEA operations team.
  • Be a champion of new process implementation in the region. Support testing and clarification of new processes, collect the voice of the users and facilitate open item resolution with process owner.

  • Qualifications/Requirements

  • Significant experience working in adult training and development
  • Proven experience designing courses and training programs
  • Experience working in a customer operations environment
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Fluent English and Hungarian

  • Desired Characteristics

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience building training content for an adult audience
  • Experience leading projects in a multinational and cross-functional environment
  • Proven ability to understand complex problems and design successful solutions taking into consideration multiple stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, continuously developing environment
  • Experience in training operations
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Uses the principles of analytical/critical thinking regularly while performing tasks and is able to effectively make decisions about a project
  • Experience in designing, building and/or operating e-learning content
  • Experience leading and implementing change initiatives
  • Fluency in an additional European language is an advantage
