Role Summary/Purpose

The scope of this role is to organize, control and develop the OTR activities for the European customer portfolio. It includes activities such as processing transactions, managing resources, coordination of material management, active cooperation with order entry, logistics, customs, trade, engineering, collection & credit, quality and warehouse operations.

Essential Responsibilities

  • The Order Management Region Leader leads the Europe order management team that holds the ownership for all OTR related metrics such as Order completion (Sales), OTD, OVD, responsiveness, NPS and responsible for Sales Pacing, quality and commercial complaint resolution and AR collection process for its customer base.
  • The region Leader is the first level of escalation for all order management related issues that jeopardize the timely and accurate completion of orders.
  • The region leader and its team is the key contact for customer inquiries. May also engage in sales activities for assigned customers.
  • They work with Supply Chain operations to understand and communicate commitments and part availability status to customers.
  • He/she actively participates in discussions about the future of the regional team and development of operational processes that requires frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.
  • He/she identifies process gaps, develops team skillset, implements applicable best practices and makes recommendations for process improvement to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the order management operations.

  • Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Significant experience in fields of Customer Order and Fulfillment or Business Development or Operations Management.
  • Significant experience and proven results leading and developing a successful team.
  • Demonstrated IT skills in all the MS Office applications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills both in Hungarian and in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong at tracking down ongoing actions and steps in when it’s needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
  • Ability to accurately plan, document, and execute parallel programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in teams and motivate / develop people.
  • Six Sigma Green / Black Belt certification is a plus
